STEP ONE

Let me know what you'd like sorted and where you're based, and we'll arrange a time to come and have a look at your trees.
No two trees, sites, or limbs are the same, so we prefer to inspect the work first to provide an accurate price and the right recommendations.

STEP TWO
Site meeting
Whether we meet at your home, a rental property you manage, or a commercial site, we'll take the time to understand what you'd like to achieve and why it's important to you.
We'll listen to your concerns, discuss your objectives and budget, and assess the site conditions. From there, we'll provide professional recommendations where needed and present a range of vegetation management options tailored to your property and goals.
Our aim is to help you make an informed decision with practical advice, clear communication, and solutions that balance safety, aesthetics, compliance, and budget.

STEP THREE
Quote
After the site meeting, we'll prepare and email a clear, detailed quote outlining the recommended work and pricing.
You can review the quote in your own time and contact us if you'd like to adjust the scope of work or add additional services. If you're happy to proceed, we'll work with you to schedule a suitable date.
There's no need to take time off work. We're happy to work around pets, property access requirements, and, where agreed in advance, can also accommodate weekend work.

STEP FOUR
Commencement of Work
Our team will arrive on site at the agreed date and time, ready to complete the work safely, professionally, and efficiently.

STEP FIVE
Completion
Once the work is complete, we'll carry out a final site inspection, take completion photos for our records, and if you're home, check in to make sure you're happy with the result before we leave.
